Well, last year my house got hit hard on May 4th by a tornado, I am still doing repairs.....
Today, a tornado almost touched down about 4 miles from me. I managed to take a few quick digital shots of it.
It was really cool how a funnel would begin to come down, then get sucked back up. I wish this could show that better...

No matter how many times I see skies like this it still shakes me up. I'm glad you were okay. Where I live, we just got hit bad and a tornadic storm cell popped up out of nowhere and no one was prepared and I almost drove right into the tornado itself.
